CSR for any organization means having a positive societal and environmental impact from its Products. Process and Profits. Being in the education puts an organization in a more responsible position as it influences the future of the society and the nation. IMS has been aware of the same from its inception and thus our motto is always to Mentor, Motivate and Guide all those who interact with us upholding the values that are dear to us at all times. Our FOCUS is our student, TRUST our primary concern and CAREER BUILDING our job.

For IMS, CSR is not just philanthropy or social branding but we believe in Creating Shared Values (CSV (Porter & Kramer, 2011)) while working with our various stakeholders

Objective

The objectives of all our programs toward shared valued partnership are

* Ensuring that students irrespective of their gender, regional, religious ,ethnic, ability or other background get the opportunity to achieve their highest intellect through admission to institutes of higher education * Ensuring that students from the above background should have no disadvantage in their employability skills for gainful employment in the private or public sector * Corporate should have access to a talent pool so that they can work towards Inclusion and Diversity at their workplace * NGOs/Foundations working in the area of education should have a opportunity to have larger and more collective impact on the lives they touch * Working with Central/State Govt. and PSUs towards training students from the disadvantageous communities for a better economic and social impact

Programmes

Students IMS as part of its policy provides financial assistance in form of partial waiver to students from communities like SC/ST/OBC, Low Income families, Persons with Disabilities etc

Corporate
Inclusion and Diversity has become an important strategy aspect for many organization as part of their Talent Management IMS has always been supportive on inclusion and diversity in higher education institute and workplace and thus we are working with corporate towards

* Creating Young Leaders by supporting students from disadvantageous groups to get to the path of higher education and success * Creating employable graduates by providing graduates with soft sand other employability skills so that they can be a part of the Indian growth story

NGO/Foundations
NGO and foundations working in the field of education had a great societal impact and we try to work with them to enhance that impact so that a deserving student should not stop his/her education till senior secondary level but also reach his capability by going for higher studies both at Undergraduate and graduate level
We also support the NGOs and foundation in the field of employment and employability in the public sector like Public Sector Banks recruitment examination, Civil Services Aptitude Test etc

Government /PSUs
Government and PSUs have been supportive of providing coaching to harder to reach communities so that they can pursue higher education and also get gainful employment. IMS has been supportive of such moves and worked with Govt. at center and state levels and also with PSUs in this regard

Education Institute Education Institutes today value diversity in their student and faculty community. They also help their students who are at disadvantage is getting gainfully employed by providing necessary counseling and training. IMS works with those institutions so that the institutes intervention is more effective and result oriented
